I dont think so. You will probably have to be at low, like me
But Im not really sure. The game is pretty cpu reliant.
As far as your other question, no this game is not better than sliced bread. It is pretty amazing, but bread is just awesome. _________________ Xfire/Steam = breadtruck * Xbox = I BreadtrucK I * PSN = I-BreadtrucK-I

man im done with buying big EA games like bad company 2.... Because its only a matter of time before it will be ruined just like BF2....
I loved BF2..... but then i had to get the SF add on to play.... but i put my foot down when they cam out with the one after that.. the armored expansion...
EA is ruining MMOFPS games with expansions and downloadable content....
WHEN IS ENOUGH, REALLY ENOUGH!! You should tell EA to go fuck themselves because im sick of playing a game that will keep being updated with 10, 20, 30$ expansions..... Mark my words it will happen to Bad Company 2...
But bread that was the problem.... Alot of people moved on and didnt play regular BF2 anymore... and then to top it off a ton of servers had the expansion maps in their rotation.. so you would get kicked from the server for not having the map.....

If you look at the console version of BFBC they did not fragment the community and released all the map packs for free.
Also i never had a problem getting in a BF2 game. The booster packs were a waste, but the expansion was worth the price and did not fragment the community.
I think EA is looking to stick it to Activision as much as they can.
So, how many here have BFBC2 and playing it, any plans on grouping a team to play this together? Been playing it and it's a lot better then MW2, if you do not mind the EA server issues.... Hopefully they will fix it soon. My system is can run it on low settings, get about 35 to 50 FPS. I have an,
x6800 (2.93GHz)
4gig of ram
8800 ultra (xfx) - planing to purchase 5870 as a first upgrade.
Wd raptor.
windows 7 64bit. <--- better then Vista!!!!

Right. In fact the next wave of free maps hits the same day MW2's pay maps come out, in a week or two I think it was. Granted, they are just the maps you may have played; but now instead of being a rush map, it is conquest (and the other is vice-versa), but hey, free is free and new is new. _________________ Xfire/Steam = breadtruck * Xbox = I BreadtrucK I * PSN = I-BreadtrucK-I

I don't get to buy them because buying more maps is not worth for PC players. Should be interesting to see how many buy the maps or simply jump to BC2 _________________
